Ezri Konsa has headed to Arsenal to bolster a defensive line that is already amongst the firmest in contemporary world football. The English defensive utility player is able to play both in the centre-back position and in the full-back position. Typologically, he fits brilliantly into the profile of defender upon whom Mikel Arteta wants to build. Konsa is a physically developed, athletic footballer with great composure on the ball and with a very solid passing range. On top of all that, he has years of experience in the Premier League, and so he should settle into Arsenal's team and playing style practically from day one.
