About one of the assistants leaving the club Mikel Arteta's, specifically Carlos Cuesta, I wrote in a previous article. In the meantime. the departure of the talented Spanish coach became a reality and there's a gap in the Cannoneers' management team. However, the North London management found a replacement rather quickly. The new assistant manager is expected to be Gabriel Heinze.
Does this name sound familiar to you? No wonder. Despite having only worked in Argentina and the United States in his coaching career so far, he is very well known among football fans. This may not be true for the younger years of soccer enthusiasts, but it certainly is for the rest. In fact, during his playing career, the Argentine worked for several leading European clubs (PSG, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Marseille and AS Rome). That's quite a career, don't you think?
With the arrival of the 47-year-old Heinze, Arsenal's coaching staff will gain further valuable experience.
