After twenty-two years of endless waiting, Arsenal managed to win the English Premier League in the 2025/2026 season, and after three consecutive second places, they finally returned to the throne of English football. I probably don't need to explain what winning the league title means for all the fans of the North London club. The celebrations for winning the league title, which took place the very next day after the Champions League final, in which Arsenal were defeated only after a penalty shootout, perfectly captured everything.
Despite a heartbreaking defeat in the Champions League final, according to some sources, up to one and a half million Arsenal fans gathered in the streets of London, thoroughly enjoying a moment they had waited for for so long. The atmosphere from the very morning cannot be described in words. The rule here applies: those who haven't experienced the celebrations themselves can't truly imagine the atmosphere of a city literally flooded with the red shirts of London's Arsenal. A huge sense of joy, relief, and togetherness was felt among all participants.
